From 2004 and 2024, the figure of men aged 100 or over has grown by 200% from 910 to 3,100. Over the same timeframe, the number of female individuals reaching 100 nearly doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.
We are eager to listen to those aged 100 or over, their loved ones or companions, about what it has been like to bear witness to the past century’s transformative changes and developments.
